Are donations to St. Jude tax-deductible?
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is a tax-exempt organization, as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. St. Jude is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code section 170. Therefore your gift to St. Jude is a tax-deductible donation to the full extent provided by law.
